Preliminary lending decisions are generally made within the first day, based on abbreviated due diligence materials sent via email, fax or express mail. PCM fully understands the need to move quickly and we are committed to providing funding at the earliest date possible.

  2. Issue Letter Of Intent
  3. Collect Signed LOI
  4. Underwriting
  5. Send funding commitment letter to client

WEEK 2-4:
  1. PCM completes analysis
  2. Finalize lending & legal agreements
  3. Closing & Funding
